CancelationsWe do accept cancelations provided the item has not already been fulfilled and shipped.

ReturnsFor non-personalised items we do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in perfect condition. All returns must be paid for by the buyer and returned to our UK return hub.
We do not accept returns for personalised items.
